Sign In to the Client

Locate the Client icon
in your system tray. - Right-click on the icon to access the menu.

Select Login with IdP.
- Enter your credentials in the browser window.

Close the browser window after you finish signing in.
You should also see a modal letting you know it's refreshing all configuration. This is the Client checking in with the instance and updating any settings and printer deployments related to the signed in user.
Sign In to the Self-service Portal
Some things you should know about the portal:
- If the Self-service Portal opens without the sign in prompt, you are already signed in.
- You can find options to sign in or sign out under Menu.
- Navigate to the Self-service Portal.

If prompted, select the button for your configured provider.
- Follow the identity provider sign in experience.

After you sign in, you can close the confirmation window.

Sign Out of the Client

Locate the Client icon
in your system tray. - Right-click on the icon to access the menu.

Select Logout <username>.
