Vasion Automate Workflow automates business tasks and manages print output behaviors. Workflow includes two workflow types, each serving a distinct function.
Business Process Workflows
A Business Process workflow automates repetitive office tasks, such as collecting form data, routing approvals, and capturing signatures. Use Business Process when you need to move work through a defined sequence of steps and people. For example, an employee submitting a time-off request that routes to a manager for approval. The benefits of Business Process workflows include the following:
- Identify and eliminate redundant processes and activities.
- Reduce operational expenses by streamlining business operations to get work done faster while freeing resources.
- Automatically redirect during disruptions or connectivity issues.
- Eliminate manual intervention and document handling for high-volume printing.
Vasion's no-code workflow designer empowers you to automate, manage, and control your business processes without requiring specialized training.
