SNMP Statistics Dashboard

SNMP Statistics Dashboard gives you aggregated, fleet-level insight into your printers directly in the Admin Console. Instead of checking printers one at a time, you can select any folder in the tree structure and see combined metrics for every printer in that folder and its subfolders, drawn from each printer's tree structure location and from data collected through Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP).

How It Works

SNMP Statistics Dashboard appears on the Statistics tab on the folder object in the Admin Console tree structure. When you select a folder, the tab calculates and displays aggregated metrics for every printer in that folder and its subfolders.

Selecting the root folder shows statistics for all printers in the tree structure. Selecting a subfolder scopes the statistics to that subfolder and its descendants, so you can move from a fleet-wide view down to a single location. Because the metrics rely on SNMP data, each printer must have SNMP collection configured for its data to appear.

Requirements

  • SNMP data collection must be configured for your printers.
  • You must sign in with the Full Admin role to view the SNMP Statistics Dashboard.
  • SNMP Statistics Dashboard is available as an Early Access feature. Reach out to your Vasion representative to turn on.
