Service Agent Dashboard
Last Updated: August 07, 2026
The Service Agent Dashboard provides a single-pane fleet view of every Service Agent in your PrinterLogic environment. From one screen, you see the health status, auto-update state, and last-online timestamp for each Service Agent, expand rows to inspect individual services, and apply bulk configuration changes across the fleet in one action.
Key Points
Review the following key points:
- This feature is in beta. Contact your Vasion representative for more details.
- The dashboard lists every registered Service Agent with columns for Name, IP Address, health status indicator, Auto Updates state, and Last Online timestamp.
- Each Service Agent row displays a health status icon based on the state of its services.
- Expandable rows reveal a nested table of every service running on the Service Agent, including version, status, uptime, and diagnostic details.
- Bulk actions apply configuration changes across multiple selected Service Agents in a single operation.
- The Services modal on each Service Agent provides per-service enable, disable, and version visibility.
How It Works
Each row in the dashboard represents one Service Agent. The health status icon at the start of the row reflects the aggregate state of the services running on that Service Agent. A green indicator shows that the critical services on the Service Agent report as ONLINE. A red indicator shows that one or more critical services report as OFFLINE.
When you expand a Service Agent row, the dashboard shows a nested table of every service on that Service Agent with the following columns:
- Service
- Name of the service, such as SNMP, Email Printing, or Identity Sync.
- Service Version
- Version currently installed on the Service Agent.
- Status
- ONLINE or OFFLINE.
- Details
- Additional diagnostic context. Select to open a modal with expanded diagnostic information for that service.
- Last Online
- Timestamp of the most recent successful check-in.
- Service Uptime
- Duration the service has been running without interruption.
For per-Service Agent configuration, the Services modal lists each service on that Service Agent with its current version, latest available version, and an Enabled toggle. Changes made in the Services modal apply only to that Service Agent.
Requirements
Review the following requirements:
- PrinterLogic administrator role in the Admin Console.
- One or more Service Agents running advanced services.
