Microsoft Intune Support
Last Updated: June 25, 2026
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based mobile device management (MDM) service that helps organizations manage and secure mobile devices, applications, and data. Microsoft Intune allows organizations to enforce security policies, manage device access, and control how corporate data is used on mobile devices.
Key Points
PrinterLogic's Microsoft Intune integration streamlines authentication by automatically detecting managed environments, and maintains strict security controls while giving users seamless access to mobile printing capabilities.
- Simplified deployment: Deploy secure mobile printing through Microsoft Intune without custom configurations or additional applications.
- Enhanced security: Maintain corporate security policies and access protected documents while enabling mobile printing capabilities.
- Seamless user experience: Users can print securely from mobile devices without friction or authentication workarounds.
- IT control: Deploy and manage the app with appropriate protection and compliance policies.
How Microsoft Intune Works
The Mobile app's Microsoft Intune integration works through a seamless detection and authentication flow.
When a user opens the PrinterLogic mobile app on an Microsoft Intune-managed device, the app automatically detects the Microsoft Intune environment and initiates a secure, compliant login experience. This allows users to bypass unnecessary login screens and authenticate directly with Microsoft Intune. Once authenticated, users can print securely from their mobile devices without being blocked by Microsoft Intune's security policies, maintaining enterprise security requirements while enabling productivity.
Why OIDC is Required
Microsoft Intune's Mobile Application Management (MAM) policies encrypt files and restrict data sharing between applications. The PrinterLogic mobile app needs OIDC authentication to access documents protected by these security policies.
