Vasion Artificial Intelligence (VAI) is Vasion's AI engine that uses specialized agents to automate enterprise workflows. VAI includes the Print Agent for print infrastructure management and the Forms Agent for creating and editing forms using natural language.

How VAI Works

VAI's intelligence is delivered through AI agents, autonomous software components that observe, analyze, and act within defined areas of the Vasion platform. The Print Agent connects directly to PrinterLogic's management layer for bulk printer management, while the Forms Agent integrates with Vasion Automate to significantly reduce the cognitive load of form creation..

For example an admin can task the agent with identifying printers that do not match naming conventions, then approve a bulk rename. The admin can onboard a new fleet of devices by defining attributes once and letting the agent distribute the configuration across hundreds of printers.

The Forms Agent helps users create sophisticated forms through natural language prompts such as "Create a customer feedback form with rating scales and comment fields." User can build automated workflows without technical expertise.

VAI agents always operate within the permissions of the signed-in user, ensuring that only authorized individuals can perform actions like bulk updates or deletions.

Availability and Roadmap

VAI's architecture is modular and scalable. Each AI agent is designed to specialize in a specific domain, such as print, output, or forms processing. This allows organizations to adopt AI in targeted areas while maintaining visibility and control.
