PrinterLogic

Control Panel Agent

The Control Panel Agent is Vasion’s control panel app for supported multifunction printers (MFPs). Unlike the Control Panel Application, it does not require a Service Agent, and communication routes straight to the cloud. HP is the first supported manufacturer.

Key benefits include:

• Skip the Service Agent for installation, authentication, and scanning.
• Let users sign in at the printer with a username, PIN, badge, or Web Print code, then release secure and pull print jobs, scan, make copies, and display a QR code.
• Avoid new inbound firewall rules, because the printer communicates directly with the cloud.

PIN Only Authentication

PIN only authentication streamlines the sign-in experience at multifunction printers (MFPs). Users enter a numeric PIN to access the Control Panel Application (CPA) instead of a user ID and PIN combination.

Key benefits include:

• Supports three PIN assignment methods: Individual generation, user generation, and IdP sync.
• Works across all supported MFP manufacturers.
• Lets admins configure a minimum PIN length from four to ten digits.

Print Language Profiles

A language profile groups default print settings for one print language. Any printer that uses the same language can select the same profile.

• Select the same profile for any printer that uses the same language.
• Configure the settings that the print language supports.

Print Language Test

Use the print language test to find the print language that works best for a printer. PrinterLogic Output sends one test page in each language you select, and each page states the language it uses.

• Compare the printed pages to identify the language that prints correctly.
• Create a language profile for the language you choose.

Infor Integration

PrinterLogic Output is a cloud-native print management platform that Infor Document Management (IDM) supports as an additional cloud print provider alongside Infor Enterprise Print (IEP). You configure each printer to use either provider, and IDM routes each print job to the correct one based on the printer ID. For PrinterLogic Output printers, the integration lets you manage printers, drivers, and print delivery without relying on an on-premises print server.

Key benefits include:

• PrinterLogic Output integrates with IDM as an additional cloud print provider, so you can manage supported printers without an on-premises print server.
• IDM routes each print job to the correct provider, IEP or PrinterLogic Output, based on the printer ID, so both providers can run on the same tenant.
• Existing IEP printers and print workflows continue to work unless you choose to migrate or reconfigure them.
• You can migrate printers from IEP to PrinterLogic Output at your own pace, or run both providers indefinitely.

Platform Usage

Platform Usage gives platform admins a single screen to monitor license and consumption data across PrinterLogic, PrinterLogic Output, and Vasion Automate.

Key benefits include:

• Monitor consumption by line item against your purchased allocation on the Usage screen.
• Receive threshold notifications at 80%, 90%, 95%, and 100% of your purchased allocation.
• Turn on an overage limiter to allow Logics consumption beyond your purchased allotment.

Tracking Consent Management

Tracking consent management lets you decide whether we collect non-essential product analytics when you use Vasion’s web applications. We record each decision so that we can show when and how you gave consent.

Key benefits include:

• Accept or reject each category of non-essential tracking.
• Change your choice at any time from the preferences page.
• Apply your choice across sessions and devices, because it belongs to your user account.

Login Consent Banner

The Login Consent banner lets tenant administrators display a custom notice or consent message before a user signs in to the Admin Console. Use it to meet system-use notification requirements, such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-53 AC-8, or to present your own terms and conditions.

Key benefits include:

• Meet system-use notification requirements with one consent message for your tenant.
• Format the message with bullet lists.
• Enter up to 10,000 characters in the message field.

SAP Integration for Workflows

Connect the Vasion Platform to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition so workflows and AI agents can look up SAP data and take accounts payable actions without manual data entry. An administrator turns on the integration once, and each user connects their own SAP account.

Key benefits include:

• Look up purchase orders, goods receipts, suppliers, and invoice status without context switching.
• Create and post supplier invoices, and attach source documents to them in SAP.
• Use SAP actions as workflow steps or as tools that agents call.
• Each user authorizes their own SAP account, so actions follow that user’s SAP roles and permissions.

Manage Vasion Automate Group Access

You can now assign Vasion Automate roles to groups that your identity provider (IdP) provisions. You can assign roles, view group membership, and search for users in a large group.

Sign

Bulk Send to Signers

You can now add multiple signers to a document at once by uploading a CSV file from the Manage Signers modal, instead of entering each signer's information manually.

Key benefits include:

• Add dozens of signers in seconds instead of entering each one by hand.

• Reduce data entry errors by mapping your own CSV headers to the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields.

• Quickly spot and fix upload issues using inline success and failure messages.

Share Forms & Sign Templates

You can now share a form or sign template directly with specific users or with everyone at your organization, right from a new Share modal, instead of relying on general access settings.

Key benefits include:

• Share a form or sign template with specific users.
• Assign each person their own permission level, so you control exactly what they can do.
• Give everyone at your organization access at once with the Everyone at Your Organization option, instead of adding users one by one.
• Copy a shareable link when multiple users are involved, so you can distribute it across other platforms.
• Remove a user's access at any time from the same modal.

Vasion Intelligence

Vasion Intelligence is the AI engine that powers agents in Vasion Automate. You use it to build agents with plain-language instructions, skills, tools, and an AI model, and then run them in a chat or as a step in a business process workflow. Vasion Artificial Intelligence (VAI) is your assistant that calls the tools and agents it needs to fulfill your request.

Key benefits include:

• Build agents without code by describing what you need or by configuring the agent yourself.
• Choose Vasion-built agents or create custom agents for your own processes.
• Ask VAI to complete a task, and it calls the tools and agents it needs, such as the Print Editor tool, the Forms tool, or a custom agent.
• Guardrails on every agent block unsafe content and mask sensitive information, such as passwords and payment card numbers.
• Agents act only within the permissions of the user who runs them.

Agents

Find, start, and create AI agents from the Agents page, a catalog of Vasion-built agents and custom agents. Use an agent in a chat session, or add it to a business process workflow with the Agent step.

• Search the catalog and start a chat to ask questions, upload files, and get a text response, a file, or both.
• Describe a custom agent in plain language and let Vasion Intelligence generate the first version, with no code.
• Share a custom agent with users or groups and set each person’s access level.

Healthcare Claims Agent

The Healthcare Claims Agent is a Vasion-built agent that helps you find out why a payer declined a medical insurance claim and what to correct before you resubmit it. Upload your claim materials in a chat, and the agent returns a written analysis and a proposed revised CMS-1500 claim form.

Key benefits include:

• Upload the original claim, denial documentation, and physician visit notes in PDF, JSON, or DOCX format.
• Get plain-English explanations of likely denial reasons, missing items, and recommended actions.
• Download a proposed claim form with suggested corrections, such as updated diagnosis codes, provider identifiers, and modifiers.
• Diagnosis codes and provider identifiers are verified in public registries, and the agent sends no patient information or claim text.
• The agent proposes changes only, so you review the results and resubmit the claim yourself.

Workflow

Hold Print Job Workflow Trigger

You can now choose when a print job runs relative to a Background Workflow trigger. Process the document within the workflow, then print during a later step.

Key benefits include:

• Inspect, modify, or approve a document before it prints.

• Print the original document or a document that another workflow step creates, such as a modified version.

• Send the job to the origin printer or to a different printer that supports secure release.

Watch Folder Trigger

A new watch folder trigger automatically starts a workflow when a new document is added to a selected folder in your third-party storage. This system-level trigger runs in the background and requires no action from end users.

Key benefits include:

• Start a workflow automatically the moment a new document lands in a monitored third party folder, with no manual step for end users.

• Monitor third party folders in real time, with no check interval or additional configuration to set up.

• Trigger workflows using the third-party storage integrations you already have configured.

Workflow Templates

You can now create a workflow from a Vasion-provided template instead of building every step on an empty canvas.

Key benefits include:

• Start from a working structure for a common business process, such as Healthcare Claims Agent or Print Archive.
• Filter the templates by industry, such as Government, Healthcare, or Retail.
• Preview a template's steps and connections before you create a workflow.
• Add, edit, and delete steps in the new workflow after you create it.

Workflow Steps

Business process workflows include new steps that extend what you can automate in the Workflow Designer. Add a step to the canvas and connect it like any other step.

• Send for Signature: Sends a signature template to signers, holds the workflow until everyone signs, and makes the signed document available to later steps. Refer to Send for Signature Step.
• SAP steps: Look up and update SAP accounts payable data, such as purchase orders and supplier invoices. Refer to SAP Steps.
• Agent: Adds an AI agent to read, summarize, extract, or draft content from earlier steps and returns text, or a file. Refer to Agent Step.
• API Connector: Call any public third-party application programming interface (API) from a workflow as a native step. Refer to API Connector Step.
• Print step: This step automatically prints one or more documents from earlier steps when the workflow reaches it. Refer to Print Step.

Dynamic Naming

The Storage step in Workflow now supports dynamic file and folder naming to help you organize workflow output automatically. Both features use workflow variables to build names when the workflow runs and are available for Vasion and third-party storage providers.

Key benefits include:

• Append workflow variables to the source file name to produce meaningful, searchable names automatically.
• Create a dedicated subfolder for each workflow run, named from workflow variables, to keep related documents organized.
• Track resolved file and folder names in the workflow history and on the Storage Admin page.

Workflow History Details

Workflow history now includes a Progress Summary panel that shows each step and its status in chronological order, making it easier to track workflow progress.

Key benefits include:

• Quickly check whether each workflow step is complete, in progress, or waiting.
• Expand individual steps for more details, or select Expand All to view everything at once.
• In-progress workflows update in real time.
