Vasion Sign is a digital signature solution that provides a secure, efficient way to sign documents. Design documents for multiple signers, send and sign documents, and audit the signing process all in a centralized, secure platform.

How Sign Works

Use Sign to manage the entire signature lifecycle in a secure cloud environment, from document creation to completed signature:

  • Documents: Design a document, assign fields to one or more signers, and send it for signature. For more details refer to Documents.
  • Templates: Create reusable, preconfigured documents to streamline repetitive signing workflows. For more details refer to Templates.
  • Digital signatures: Send digital documents to signers and collect signatures securely.
  • Signature auditing: Use the Audit Log and the Certificate of Completion to gain visibility into every stage of the signing process. For more details refer to Signature Auditing.

Tabs

The Sign page has three tabs:

  • The Documents tab appears by default and is where you can edit and delete document drafts and templates.
  • Select the Inbox tab to view and sign documents.
  • Select the Sent tab to view documents that you sent for signature, cancel signature requests, and perform auditing.

If there are more than 25 documents on any tab, use the Next button Next button. and Back button Back button. to navigate forward and backward through pages.

Select the Search button Search button. to search through the document names on the current tab.

Refresh

Select the Refresh button Refresh button. to refresh the current tab.

Requirements

Review the following requirements:

  • This feature requires additional licensing. Contact your Vasion representative for details.
  • You need access to Vasion Automate and Sign.
  • You need a user account with appropriate permissions.
