Control Panel Application (CPA)

Corrected several scanning and device issues in the Control Panel Application (CPA), including a misleading Canon feeder error, an incorrect OneDrive folder structure for Scan to Personal, and a false success message on S/MIME failures. It also resolves the app disappearing from Epson devices and an HP scan-to-status completion error.

General

Resolves a wide range of printing and platform issues across high-volume print handling, Agent and off-network printing, the Self-service Portal, and the administrative console. It also adds an identity provider (IdP) rule option to Advanced Groups, in-app and email notifications for forms and signatures, and updates to the home page and side rail.

Identities

Enhances identity management with a redesigned User Details experience, a new Group Details page, and improved handling of multiple identity providers (IdPs). It also corrects login, session, role-based access control, and LDAP behavior, and adds a unified master service agreement acceptance modal.

Integrations

Improves the ServiceNow integration with a new connection wizard that supports editing and deletion, and corrects the connector so app actions respect the user-provided instance URL.

PrinterLogic Output

Adds printer language profile management with a dynamic test-page preview and renames Rules and Routing to Output Rules, with a new send-to-workflow action. It also resolves numerous Output Console and output job issues, including large jobs not printing and jobs stuck in a printing state.

Security

Remediates third-party dependency and container image vulnerabilities identified by Trivy scanning, and upgrades OpenSSL across multiple services. It also hardens the browser extension against unintended information access.

Storage

Expands Storage with native previews in the unified File Viewer, an improved upload experience, and a redesigned copy and move workflow. It also strengthens artifact permissions, adds storage usage indicators, and improves search and third-party integrations for OneDrive, Google Drive, and SharePoint.

Workflow

Enhanced conditional logic for workflow branching, new signature template and background workflow triggers. It also improves approval and signing tasks, the workflow Email node, workflow management, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP).
