FAQs

How does the Vasion Mobile app differ from the desktop version of Vasion Automate Pro?

The Vasion Mobile app empowers end users to perform quick, user-based tasks, like submitting eForms, completing approvals, and uploading time-sensitive documents, rather than administrative tasks, like assigning user permissions and creating new workflows as performed in Vasion. The app includes five applications—Workspace, Forms, Storage, Scan, and Reports.

Each application in the app is a simplified version of its counterpart in the desktop version of Vasion Suite. For example, Scan, the Mobile app’s version of Capture in Vasion, utilizes the device’s camera instead of a desktop scanner to scan documents using native PDF scanning technology, making it easier for users to scan and upload documents.
