In the Admin section of Vasion Automate Fed is where you manage the people, access, and connections that keep the platform running securely. In this section you control who can sign in, what they can do, and how Vasion Automate Fed connects to the systems your organization uses.
If your organization uses Vasion Automate Fed primarily for print management, most user and role management happens in the Admin Console The central management platform for PrinterLogic, where admins manage printers, users, deployments, and system settings.. The Admin section is most relevant for organizations using Vasion Automate Fed for document workflows, forms, and platform-level configuration.
If your organization uses Vasion Automate Fed for print management, configure your identity provider (IdP) A system that creates, maintains, and manages identity information for an organization. - Roles and Permissions: Define what users and groups can view and do in Vasion Automate Fed apps. Print and Output permissions are managed separately in the Admin Console and cannot be configured here.
- Authentication: Configure how users sign in, including IdP and LDAP connections.
- Integrations: Manage connections between Vasion Automate Fed and external services, including storage.
