Document View

When you tap on a workflow, you can see the form or document associated with the workflow in Document view. The Document View screen displays the following:

  • Back navigation button.
  • Current document page number and total document pages.
  • Thumbnail Manager that shows the pages in the document. To navigate to other pages swipe right or left.
  • Toolbar to share or take action on the document.

Share

Use the Share option to download or print the document.

If you do not want to save the document to your device or iCloud account, you save it to a different supported location by selecting another option.

You can also use the Share icon Share icon to access the share screen to select PrinterLogic or another destination option.

Data View

If the document or form is associated with an object, you can view and edit the object fields associated with it by tapping on the Data View button Data View button.

You can enter or change information on the object fields associated with the document and tap Save.

Workflow History

The Workflow History button displays a counter to show if there are any comments added to the workflow.

Tap the Workflow History button Workflow history to view the history of the current workflow and any saved comments.

Attachments

The Attachments button Attachments button displays in the tool bar for users who have the Document - Linked Document Access role assigned. The button also displays an indicator to show how many documents are attached.

Tap the Attachments button to view the names of any files attached to the current workflow.

  • Tap on the file name to view the attachment.
  • Tap the Back button Back button to return to the attachment list.
  • Tap Close to return to the current workflow.

View Attachments

In the Attachments screen, tap the right arrow button Right arrow to view the date/time the file was attached and the date/time the file was modified.

You can remove attachments by tapping on the Delete button Delete button. The button only displays if you have the appropriate permission assigned to your role.

Actions

To take action on the workflow tap Actions. The buttons displayed on the Actions screen depend on how the workflow is configured.

Add a Comment

To add a comment:

  1. Type the comment in the text box.
  2. Tap Add Comment.

Required Comments

For actions that require a comment, for example, the Reject action, do the following:

  1. Type the comment in the text box.
  2. Tap the appropriate Action button.
